Aculab Cloud voice channel — overrides Start / Output / Input / End / SendToAgent for telephony, plus voice-specific tasks (advanced Input, DTMF, Record, Sleep, Reject, Live Transcription with side-channel handler workflows).

Date and time utilities for workflows: read/parse/build, format, time-zone conversion, calendar arithmetic, branching gateways (before/after/expired/within-schedule), business-day math, SLA deadlines, locale-aware humanization, and date validation. Locale falls back to the running execution's UserLanguage (set by StandardModule.LanguageTask).

Google Drive integration: list files, read file content (with Google Workspace export and base64 binary mode), and upload files using a service account, with optional Workspace user impersonation via domain-wide delegation.

Five single-purpose tasks: WaitFor / WaitUntil pause the current execution; ScheduleRecurring / ScheduleOnce trigger fresh executions on a schedule; ScheduleReminder schedules a future fresh execution with custom data, linked to its originator via RootExecutionId. v2.1 adds BeforeReference / AfterReference reminder modes and a friendly date/time picker for absolute reminders.
