What this does

Upload, list, fetch, download and delete OpenAI files, and manage vector stores: create them, add single files or file batches, remove files, delete stores. The building blocks for RAG over user documents.

Configured separately: set this module's own OpenAI API key (and optional organization) in its environment configuration.
